New Delhi: Days after a shocking video of three Indian's were brutally beaten up by their Saudi Arabian employees went viral, triggered massive outrage in India. These three men have now returned home after the intervention of the Kerala government as well as the Ministry of External Affairs.
External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj said early on Tuesday that the government will extend all the help the needed to the Indian man working in Saudi Arabia who have not received his salary for the last 28 months.
The Minister made her comments after she viewed the video in which Kumar Akash, who hails from UP, narrates his torturous plight from somewhere near Mekkah in the Gulf nation.
"Whenever I asked my employer to send me back to India, I was told that I would not be allowed to and that I will have to stay in Saudi Arabia and work without pay," said Kumar Akash in the video that went viral on the internet three days back. In the video, Akash seeks the help of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Sushma Swaraj, who is also the minister for overseas Indian affairs
