SC to examine the constitution of new government in Arunachal Pradesh

New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Monday has agreed to examine the swearing-in of a new government in Arunachal Pradesh. The apex court constitution bench headed by Justice J S Khehar will be hearing a fresh plea filed by former Arunachal Chief Minister Nabam Tuki and former speaker by Nabam Rebia. The plea questions the abrupt swearing in of the Kalikho Pul as the new Chief Minister of AP.

The matter was mentioned before the Supreme Court bench by senior counsel Fali S Nariman and Kapil Sibal and the court agreed to the examination
