The weather office said today was a misty Friday morning with the minimum temperature of 19.2 degrees Celsius, five degrees above the season’s average.
“The sky would remain partly cloudy throughout the day with rain and thundershowers likely to occur on Friday night or Saturday morning,” an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said.
According to the Met office, maximum temperature of the day is likely to increase around 29 degrees Celsius.
The humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 90 percent while the visibility stood at 2,000 metres.
Thursday’s maximum temperature remained at 31.1 degrees Celsius, two degrees above the season’s average, whereas the minimum temperature was recorded at 19.2 degrees Celsius, five degrees above the season’s average.
