Kolkata: Surjya Kanta Mishra, the State Secretary of CPI(M) in West Bengal accused the Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his government for evading the responsibility from what is happening in Bengal. Mishra alleged that it was Vinash (Destruction) that Modi brought instead of Vikas (Development).
Surjya Kanta Mishra, the leader of opposition in the West Bengal assembly accused BJP of having a secret alliance with the Trinamool congress as they need Mamata Banerjee’s support in the parliament. He asked about the progress of the ethics committee formed to enquire the Narada sting scam and alleged that the secret alliance will keep it “The Prime minister and the CM of Bengal are like brother and sister. Both of them evade from their own responsibilities.” Said by Mishra in a press meet conducted in Kolkata on Thursday.
CPM MP Mohammed Salim on Thursday also dismissed Modi’s speech, saying that the PM was playing with the emotions of the people here ahead of the Assembly election.
