Too unreal to be real?

Thinkmodo mashes-up viral fun with marketing function to create effective viral video campaigns for brands. Their unique strategy generates tremendous online engagement and valuable earned media coverage worldwide. Thinkmodo, Inc. is based in New York City and was founded in 2011 by writer-filmmakers, James Percelay and Michael Krivicka.

Here check out ThinkModo’s latest work of creativity!

The world’s first fully automated selfie stick has arrived. The Selfie Stick Unreal has a telescopic boom arm that automatically extends with the push of a button. Two fans slide out from the inside of the handle to blow your hair and give your photos a fun wind effect. For low light situations, the phone mount has two LED soft light panels built in. With the push of a button, the light panels automatically slide out and turn on – giving you plenty of fill light for your selfie.

It’s the craziest and most impractical selfie stick ever. It’s also, sadly, not available for purchase.

Created by Thinkmodo — the madcap hacker/video-makers/marketers that brought you Devil Baby and Super Strong Meter Maid Lifting Taxi — the automated selfie stick is a working gadget, but there are only two (one is a backup) and they were built to promote the upcoming season of Lifetime’s Unreal.

According to the Mashable report this will be the game changer in the selfie industry if it comes real. People need more effects while they take a selfie.
