Another mass brawl broke out in the Turkish Parliament between the ruling AK Party and Pro Kurdish People’s Democratic Party, HDP members leaving many injured. The fight erupted during a discussion over making some changes in the country’s constitution.
The scuffle reached to an open fight when the discussion upon lifting the immunity of Parliament remembers from prosecution started.
Members kicked, punched and threw water on each other.
Opposition party, in the leadership of Pro Kurdish Party HDP termed the new decision as an attempt to muzzle the dissent.
Meantime, Prime Minister Recep tayyip Erdogan asked the opposition MPs to face the prosecution and termed the HDP as an extension of banned Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK).
