The "Confident" singing sensation, Demi Lovato , confessed how she had a crush on the guy behind the suit of Barney, back in times when Demi Lovato used to play a character on the show, Barney and Friends.

Demi Lovato gets really candid in her talks and yet again she proves it.

Who could have imagined that Demi Lovato during her days on Barney and Friends had a crush on the guy who used to play Barney behind the suit.

The purple dinosaur show surely makes us recall a lot of instances as it had been an integral part of our growing up. Demi Lovato, then 8 years old, used to play a character by the name of Angela in the seasons 7 and 8.

Demi Lovato as Angela also marks one of her earliest appearances on television.

The show introduced us to one more singing mega star (who by the way is Demi’s great friend) in the form of Selena Gomez who played the character of Gianna.

Both Demi and Selena had to quit the show in 2004 as the show makers thought they started looking too old for their respective roles.

Demi Lovato expressed her appreciation of the man who used to play Barney on the show, and describes him to be “Jacked”.

Yes, the 8 year-old Demi Lovato thought the man was physically super impressive.

“Barney was actually very attractive inside the suit!”, Lovato told Stephen Colbert on the Late Show on the episode which aired on Thursday, June 16.

Demi Lovato also said, “I’ve always gone for older guys, so even when I was younger, I thought the guy in the suit was hot.”

She also defined the man to be muscular and strong as the Barney suit weighed a hundred pounds.

Both Nick Jonas and Demi Lovato made an appearance on the talk show The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on which they discussed about their upcoming singing concert tour by the name of Future Now.

This tour will turn out to be Demi Lovato’s sixth headlining tour , promoting her fifth studio album “Confident (2015)” which has rocked the charts , and Jonas’ third concert tour, promoting his third studio album “Last Year Was Complicated (2016)”.

The singing stars also went ahead to tell stories about each other from the past.
