Until a few years ago, I didn’t even know that something called Apple Cider Vinegar(ACV) had existed. One fine day,  though I found it in a closet of my kitchen, I didn’t pay much attention to it anyway. However, when my profession demanded that I explore the realms of health and beauty, I stumbled upon the benefits of apple cider vinegar more often than not. Here’s what I have acknowledged through my process of learning about this heavenly portion:

The list of diseases and infections that apple cider vinegar helps cure is endless-cancer, cold, flue, kidney stones, migraine, warts, fungal infection, constipation, sinuses, allergies, blood sugar and many more. This yellow-tinted liquid has innumerous medicinal properties. The probiotics present in it strengthens good gut bacteria and there are studies that also prove that it assists in bringing down blood pressure.

Apple cider vinegar is not only good for curing internal functions of the body but has been proven equally capable in helping skin related issues. Be it acne, sunburns, oily face or the will to have a glowing, healthy skin, apple cider vinegar is the answer. It cleanses your body inside out and makes it healthier than ever.

From head to toe apple cider vinegar can be used for any part of the body at any given time of the day. When I was looking for a fix to cure my dandruff I used apple cider vinegar, when I wanted to have frizz-free hair, I was directed to use apple cider vinegar, when I searched for remedies for shinier hair, needless to say, I was advised to use apple cider vinegar.

Speaking from my personal experience, I can assure you that it helps in weight loss. Apple cider vinegar has properties that help cut down on fat, increase metabolism and reacts with food items in a manner, as to prevent them from turning into fat. It is recommended that you drink a glass of diluted apple cider vinegar with warm water and honey twice a day, once in the morning and once before your lunch.
