"Bourne Trilogy" star Matt Damon who is busy in his shooting schedules, opens to the idea of returning home every two weeks to spend time with them.
The actor only accepts acting jobs that allow his family to join him.
He revealed that he commits to movies after discussing the details with his wife, Luciana Barroso, according to a report in dailymail.co.uk.
The 45-year-old, who will be seen in the latest of Bourne series "Jason Bourne" explained that he never spends more than two weeks away from his wife and children and tries to bring them on trips with him.
"Every decision to make a movie is really up for to the family. If it is going to be too disruptive, I just can't do it. We try to not be apart for two weeks. We have this two week rule, but three weeks has been the longest we have ever been apart," Damon said.
"Sometimes it is an adventure. Last year I went to China for six months and it was a big family trip and that was awesome," he added.
Earlier in the month, he revealed that his four daughters and wife of eleven years have control of the reins.
