A 31 year old man, Pasquale Brocco, who was once referred to as "Fat Pat" because of his obesity. Brocco decided to lose wight by pushing himself to walk to the retail store, Walmart, for purchasing his food whenever he felt hungry, and walk back.
This routine made Brocco lose over 50% of his weight, causing him to shed around 300 pounds within three years. He decided to adopt this routine when he weighed 605 pounds and was diagnosed with life diminishing diseases such as high cholesterol and hight blood pressure. On the left I was 605lbs over 53% bodyfat on my death bed with high blood pressure, pre diabetic and morbidly obese, on the right I'm 275lbs 10% BF and disease free! #transformationtuesday #nevergiveup #dedication #focus #workharder #weightloss #instafit #fitness #fitnessmotivation #fatlose #losingweight #gymlife #gymrat #gains #gymmotivation #beast #beastmode #fitnessfreak #teamlove @bigjeffheezy @indeed_iam
He told ABC News "You walk to Walmart three times a day, and you end up walking 6 miles", he also added "It’s amazing because I never walked 6 miles in my life, and I was doing it every day."
In another interview Brocco expressed "I just said I can’t be this guy no more", "My stomach was hanging to my thighs." he said that "It’s rough being told when you’re 28 you might die,". Pasquale admitted that during the start of his journey towards losing weight, his knees use to hurt, his legs had swollen and he use to feel extremely tired.
Brocco is professionally a bodyguard and has served many renowned personalities through out his career. He has also been a body guard to many comedians, one of whom had bet that Brocco could not do push-ups. Pasquale's inability to complete even one push-up was an added fire to the fuel.
After three years of walking, Brocco started to hit the gym and work out. Although, after "Fat Pat" turned into "Possible Pat" and his routine for walking turned into a hard core routine at the gym, Brocco's muscles had gained enough definition for his biceps, triceps, abs and all the other cuts to pop out of his body, there was a lot of excess skin that had to be removed by operation.
Brocco, with the name of "Possible Pat" on Instagram, has been regular at posting before and after pictures of himself with lengthy inspirational dialogues to encourage others like him.
Who said it wasn't possible, well they lied! We can achieve, but we must believe! For the longest time I didn't believe in myself and that's the reason I failed! 3years ago I started believing that I can accomplish the impossible, well at lease I thought it was impossible I prove that to be wrong! I lost the weight and was left with loose skin and thought that would be impossible to get rid off! Well thanks to @drrepta_plasticsurgery that impossible is now possible so excited for my surgery August 15th! If you believe, stay focused, and consisted to your dreams it will happen just never give up! #stillinit #transformationtuesday #transformation #bodytransformation #bodybuilding #weightloss #weightlossjourney #fatloss #squad #fitfam #teampossible #inspiration #motivation #gymlife #fitnessmotivation #gymmotivation #workout #workharder #positivevibes #teamlove #fatloss #lifestyle #healthychoices #healthychoices #healthylifestyle @bodybuildingcom @musclepharm

My drug of choice was food, and I abuse it for so many year not knowing the harm I was causing! I abused it to the point of bringing myself close to death. We all make mistakes in life I'm just thankful I had the ability to change , learn and grow from mine! Some people may never try to change, some may give up, some may think it's impossible! Well I'm here to say and show you all that it is very possible!! Most will only have to lose half or a quarter of what I had to lose so if I can trust me so can you! If you want it bad enough you stop talking about it and start doing! Never stop no matter what even if you fail, even if you fall off your plan just grab life by the horns and get right back on! We all fail, we all get off of track at some point, but only the ones that really want it will keep fighting! So today find the fight deep inside you, find your motivation, find yourself and become what and who you want! This isn't just for fitness it's for life! It won't happen over night and it won't be easy, but it can be done you must stay consistent, dedicated and know if you believe you will achieve! Limitations are set by the mind and I refuse to let my mind think anything less then greatness for me! I started my journey 3 years ago at 605lbs and over 53% bodyfat today I'm 270 and under 10%! Yes I have loose skin and yes I will get it removed and I'll wear my scars proudly and it will always remind me of all the work I had to do! #transformationtuesday #transformation #bodybuilding #bodytransformation #fitnessmotivation #motivation #weightlossjourney #weightloss #weightlossmotivation #nevergiveup #instafit #fitness #lifestyle #fitfam #nodaysoff #eatcleantraindirty #healthychoices #beastmode #gymrat #workhard #gymmotivation #gymlife #focused #focus #inspire #inspiration #itspossible #teampossible
