Dileep likely to announce his marriage soon
Hinting at his a possible re-marriage Dileep says in recent interview: �My life has been an open book and whenever a new thing happens, it will be communicated to all. Time will tell everything.�
Superstars Dileep and Kavya Madhavan, perhaps the most adored and loved on-screen couple in Malayalam film industry. The on-screen chemistry and affection that both Kavya and Dileep have reserved for each other have always topped the rumour mills. Both have gone through troubled times since the filing of divorce papers from their respective partners.
Now, putting an end to all speculations, Dileep in a recent interview to Vanitha, a popular Malayalam magazine has said he would soon announce his marriage.
“My life has been an open book and whenever a new thing happens, it will be communicated to all.
Responding to questions on marrying Kavya, Dileep said: "Time will tell everything.” In the interview, Dileep reiterated that Kavya was not the reason behind his divorce from actress Manju Warrier.
Dileep said the decision lies in the hands of his daughter Meenakshi. He said, "Usually it's the parents who will decide one's marriage. In my case, I have to ask my daughter."
The duo recently appeared together in Pinneyum, directed by Adoor Gopalakrishnan, which was released recently.
They had become one of the most popular lead pairs in Malayalam cinema after the success of Meeshamadhavan. The Malayalam film world has been full of rumours about their marriage before and after Dileep's divorce from Manju Warrier.
After Dileep's separation from Manju, a section of media had reported that the actor is likely to announce his wedding with Kavya. Some even said that they had tied the knot secretly. There were rumours that Kavya was the reason behind Dileep - Manju divorce.
Dileep had married leading heroine Manju Warrier in 1998 and the couple has a daughter Meenakshi. They separated in 2014. Dileep has so far acted in over 130 Malayalam films. Kavya featured in almost 75 Malayalam films and a few Tamil films. She has won the Kerala state award twice. Kavya married Nishal Chandra in 2009 and got separated in 2011.

Manju, who had stopped acting after her marriage, marked her re-entry to Mollywood industry with her film 'How Old Are You' and emerged as a lady superstar.
In an interview given to a leading daily, Kavya was quoted as saying, “Dileep is not just a great co-star, but also my closest friend. When we work with people who we are close to, acting becomes comfortable."
