Leafy greens such dark green lettuce, spinach, kale, and Swiss chard are the top foods that has antioxidants lutein and zeaxanthin. Deeper the color of the vegetable, the more nutritious it is.



Nature has provided natural sunscreen called 'tomato'. Well.. to begin with this red, luscious and juicy food, it is said that more than having it raw,  it is good to have it cooked or crushed. The best would be to have tomatoes in the form of a soup.
