The launch of the much awaited Nexus 2016 smartphones will take place in November along side Google Nexus 7 2016 tablet, and not in August as reported earlier.

Though Google is yet to confirm the reports, it is reported that Nexus 7 tablet will have features like Snapdragon 820 processor, Android 7.0 Nougat, 4GB RAM. It could be backed by an expandable internal storage, added sources.

Electronic giant Huawei will be manufacturing the new 7-inch tablet, said sources. Reportedly, both gadgets are code named HTC "Marlin" and HTC "Sailfish," and will be the new Nexus 2016 flagships,say experts.

Both HTC "Marlin" and HTC "Sailfish," have been showcased at the AnTuTu benchmark website, added experts.

According to them as per AnTuTu's gradings both gadgets have a 5.5-inch AMOLED display having a 1440 x 2560 resolution. Both gadgets will be running on Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, and will have a clock speed of 1.59GHz.

Also, the gadget will have a random access memory (RAM) of 4 GB and also another native storage space of 32 GB.
Other features of the gadgets are an Android 7.0 Nougat, a stunning main 13-megapixel camera fitted with LED flash, a camera of 8-megapixel and a battery of 3,450 mAh said TechTimes.

It reported that the Nexus Marlin is likely to be a launchpad for Google's upcoming Android OS versions.
Nexus Marlin also will have a an Android 7.0 Nougat, said the report.

Both gadgets, as part of Google Nexus flagships will be having all ready updates of the information giant once they are out.

It is rumored that Nexus Marlin is likely to have a sleek metal body that will give it a feel of rocky appearance and a premium feel. The Nexus Sailfish will be smaller in size and will be having a plastic body.

Coming to price tag, the Nexus Marlin is reported to be on the higher-end and more costly among the two. Nexus Sailfish is likely to be less expensive since it is in the upper-mid range.
