Three more expelled Congress MLAs - Mohd Muslim of Tiloi, Dilnawaz Khan of Syana and Kazim Ali Khan Swar - joined the BSP on August 10. SP MLA from Budhana in Muzaffaranagar, Nawazish Alam Khan, joined the BSP the same day.
