Kylie Jenner’s boyfriend Tyga’s arrest has been recalled
Kylie Jenner’s rapper boyfriend Tyga, has settled the unpaid matter with his landlord. The star was vacationing for his girlfriend’s birthday.
Tyga failed to present himself to the court after allegedly failing to comply with a judgment that had ordered him to pay off his former landlord, Gholamreza Rezai, over $480,000 to a Malibu mansion he had back in 2011. The judge had put a warrant out for his arrest. He was supposed to appear in court for an interview with the landlord’s lawyer Boris Treyzon. As reported by TMZ, Tyga has paid off the landlord and settled the matter which he avoided going to jail.
Court papers mentioned that Tyga left the property in a state that required repairs after installing a strippers’ pole in the master bedroom, damaging the property’s hardwood floors, the intercom system, a gate opener, and the glass-tiled shower.
“The case got settled. Tyga paid,” Treyzon tells Us Weekly. “It’s been executed and everything has been performed. We expect things to get back to the way they were. We will inform the court that the settlement has been reached and that all parties are satisfied.”
“There’s a lot of activity with this going on, but he owes my client a lot of money and we are proceeding to collect that money from any expensive gifts to anyone that he gave or money he gave out,” Treyzon previously expressed. “So basically, we want that money back! That would include Kylie’s new car he bought for her.”
The rapper was vacationing with Kylie in Turks and Caicos on her birthday where the celebrations took place. Although he has managed to shoo off the arrest, he has to face Kylie’s mum Kris Jenner.
“Kris is worried about Tyga’s warrant and legal problems,” a source exclusively told Us. “It’s because Kylie spends 24/7 with Tyga and she would be associated with that arrest, should he be arrested as a result of this warrant.”
