Sleeping on the left side is still the position far better than all of the other sleep positions in terms of the benefits it has on our bodily health. It can help us digest better and easier. If stomach is not empty then laying left side down is OK because if you sleep on back then keeping legs straight may be uncomfortable at that time sleeping on left side is comfortable.
