1. Honey is good for blood
Honey increases your blood’s hemoglobin levels and takes care of anemia by preventing them. Honey even sorts these issues by building up the oxygen carrying strength of the blood. It builds the level of oxygen in the blood which is extremely necessary because that depends on how healthy the body is. It rejuvenates by itself depending upon the level of oxygen in blood.

Many have experienced that honey consists ability to reduce the symptoms of seasonal allergy. This is because, honey has anti-inflammatory effects which is known to soothe your coughs. We have been hearing this since small that honey cures cough and gives you relief. Honey contains a suppressant, dextromethorphan (DM) that calms the throat during nighttime in children and improves their sleep. Mix honey with ginger or pepper and you can see yourself feeling better. This is not only for children but adults. It is one of the oldest practiced remedy.
4. Anti-bacterial and Anti-fungal agents
The anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties present in honey is often used as a natural antiseptic from traditional medicine times. All honey are antibacterial since the bees add an enzyme that creates hydrogen peroxide. It also kills the food-borne illness.
5. Hangover Cure
Suffering from a hangover by too much alcohol in the system? Take the honey remedy. Honey is smooth on the stomach and contains a natural sugars that is known to increase oxidation of alcohol by the liver, acting as a ‘sobering’ agent. You just require 15ml of honey with 80ml of orange juice and 5 tablespoon of yogurt. Blend them together until smooth.
