Kim Kardashian will not vote for Donald Trump, says Hillary most qualified
Kim Kardashian is clear about her US presidential 2016 candidate
Last week we reported that Kim Kardashian might vote for Donald trump even though she was a strong supporter of Hillary Clinton in the election. The news was a surprise after Kim had a talk with Caitlyn Jenner.
Kim said Wonderland magazine, “At first I thought, ‘Oh my god, I’m so Hillary (Clinton),’ but I had a long political call with Caitlyn (Jenner) last night about why she’s voting Trump. I’m on the fence.”
“I had a long conversation with Caitlyn, who has always been open about her political views,” Kim writes on her official website, regarding her former stepfather, Caitlyn Jenner.
In the blog, I’m With Her, Kim writes, “(Caitlyn) encouraged me to do my research before making my decision and then vote for the candidate whose policies aligned with the things that matter most to me.”
She further adds, "And so that’s what I did. I thought about the things that are so important to me that they outweigh everything else, such as gun control and protecting women’s rights to safe and legal abortion.”
Kim continued, “I believe we owe it to ourselves, and to each other, to ask questions. To do our research so that we vote for the candidate who represents our own beliefs.”
Kim also wrote on her website that she believed Clinton would “best represent our country and is the most qualified for the job. I found that without a doubt, I stand with Hillary. I’m with her, this year, I’m not just voting for myself, but also for my children, and I took that into careful consideration when I made my decision.”
“I don’t wanna put words in his mouth, but I’m pretty sure the Democrats,” Kim said to Wonderland, of Kanye's potential campaign for the White House. “Maybe independent? I don’t know how serious he is about it. We’ll see,”
