Lenovo has launched two new smartphones the Lenovo A Plus at EUR 69 (approximately Rs 5,200) and Lenovo P2 at EUR 249 (approximately Rs 18,500) at IFA 2016, Berlin. The Lenovo A Plus will be on store from this month while the Lenovo P2 will be on store from November.
This Chinese multinational technology which is popularly known for its wide range of Notebooks, Think Pads and Laptops has been busy this year launching multiple devices.
The Lenovo P2 will come with a 5.5-inch FHD AMOLED touchscreen display and will be powered by a Snapdragon 625 chip set which comes either with a 3GB RAM or 4GB RAM and 32GB on board memory. But the Chinese model will come with 4GB RAM and 64GB on inbuilt storage that can be extended via microSD card on all the variants.
There is a 13MP camera sensor on the rear with LED flash, which is accompanied with 5MP camera on the front. At the back of the device, there is a 5,100 mAh battery which helps in quick charging with 24-watt charger which can also be used in charging other devices. Apart from these there is a fingerprint sensor on the front as to enhance the security. This device will be available for 249/299 Euros.
On the other hand Lenovo A Plus is budget gadget having a 4.5-inch display and with a resolution of 854 x 480 pixel. This smartphone is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6580 processor along with a 1 GB of RAM. The on board memory of the device is 8GB that can be extended with a microSD card.
It has a 5Mp camera on the rear with single LED flash, and is accompanied with 2MP selfie camera on the front which would also enable video calling. On the back, there is a 2000 mAh battery, and this is a dual-SIM variant is available at 69 Euros.
