At least one civilian has been killed in a terror attack targeted at a Christian neighbourhood in Pakistan’s Peshawar on Friday morning.
Four suicide attackers were gunned down by security forces who were countering the attack.
Media reports say the exchange of gun fire between an unknown number of suspected terrorists and security personnel reportedly began around 6 am near a neighbourhood called Christian Colony.

The attackers were reportedly wearing suicide jackets. Following the attack, authorities cordoned off the area and a search operation is under way.
