Two soldiers injured in Kashmir's Kupwara attack

At least two soldiers were injured as militants attacked their army convoy in Jammu and Kashmir's Kupwara district.
Official said militants opened fire on the army convoy at Handwara in Kupwara district, resulting in injuries to the two soldiers.
They added that the militants fled the scene after attacking the convoy. A search operation has been launched to track down the militants, they added.
Following the killing of Hizbul Mujahideen commander Burhan Wani, the attack is second terrorist attack on army convoy in the Valley.
Two soldiers and a policeman were killed in militant attack in August. In the attack, five other soldiers were also wounded at the Srinagar-Baramulla highway near Khawaja Bagh in Baramulla.
