What is it like to attend Tomorrowland?
Tomorrowland creates a truly special environment with amazing positive energy. Everyone is about the same age, and there are tons of attractive people everywhere. It’s not possible to emphasize how great an environment it is. A good way to highlight this is to compare water at Tomorrowland and beer at a bar.
Tomorrowland is an outdoor summer festival, so it can get hot from dancing and partying in the sun. Despite water being almost as expensive as beer, everyone I have ever asked has given me some. Similarly, I have given water to anyone who has ever asked me for it.
Now think about a bar. You would never ask a stranger for some of their beer, and they certainly would not give you any (or not without a long explanation). There is a completely different attitude towards everything at Tomorrowland, and everyone feels united in a meaningful way.
The production and quality of the grounds are incredible. Immense thought has gone into designing everything, so you really feel like you’ve left the world behind. There were 15+ stages last year and I couldn’t even find them all. The place is enormous. You’ll hear all your favorite DJs as well as your next favorite DJs. You’ll be amazed at how quickly time passes each day. The main stage at night can get overcrowded, but other than that there is the right sized crowd at all stages.
Tomorrowland has locations for anything you might need, from charging your phone to buying inflatable mattresses/pillows. There are also ~10 kinds of food stands, and the food stands are everywhere. Food and drinks are available in Tomorrowland’s own currency. You can spend much more than you intend to if you’re not careful. There are also many ATMs around inside the camp ground. They accept all cards, but just make sure you are at the right type of machine (card w/chip, card without chip, etc.)
