Apple working on a smaller 4-inch iPhone 8 to be launched in 2017?

News about the release of newly designed iPhone 8 in 2017 having an edge-to-edge screen which is smaller is driving tech freaks mad.

Apple has brought a new dimension to smartphones, by launching a unique 4-inch iPhone years back. The new phone soon became a hit among the tech freaks, eager to have a phone with smaller screen.

It has become a trend setter for similar version by other brands as well, as the iPhone SE has even pre-orders completely sold out for its previous models, causing long waits for customers.
Apple said, the model was very popular and crossed all expectations by the company at the time of its launch. So customers are excited about the news about the new launch of the a 4-inch version of their newest phone?

So expectations are high as tech world is abuzz with rumors of a releases of new iPhone 8 in 2017? Will Apple deliver the new 4-inch version of iPhone 8?

A take on specs, price and other features of new model:

An expert says in the tech website iMore: “m a big supporter of the four-inch iPhone SE: It’s lightweight, fits comfortably in my pocket and bags, and has everything I need to communicate with both my online and real-life world. With the release of the new iPhone models, I’ve tried to embrace the iPhone 7 Plus, but so far, I still feel that the iPhone SE is the size for me. I find the larger form-factors of the 7 and 7 Plus unwieldy for my hands, usage patterns, and my pockets — making it less than ideal for mobile computing.”

He added that ” …While I don’t think the smaller iPhone is a top priority for Apple right now, I’m hopeful that the company has something special coming for us in the future. There were clearly enough fans of the four-inch iPhone to get us the iPhone SE a year and a half after the larger iPhone launched, which is evidence that Apple is listening.”

Focus should be on redesigning and not on looks alone says another expert, “for the SE to come into the future, its casing has to be completely re-engineered: The 5s housing isn’t in any way waterproof, nor was it built to include a “camera bump”, 3D Touch, a Taptic Engine, or any of the more recent iPhone improvements.”

Also the news about the release of newly designed iPhone 8 in 2017 having an edge-to-edge screen which is smaller is driving tech freaks mad.

Now the big question is Apple will come with the phone having a 4.3-inch screen rather 4-inches. If it is true, it will be the company’s biggest gift to all looking for a smaller iPhone.
