Avoid seasonal viral fever by this simple practice

Seasonal infections are transmitted by droplets when someone coughs or sneezes into the air. The infectious agent may be transmitted directly to you if you are in range of the droplet spray, or transmission may occur indirectly when you touch a contaminated surface and then touch your face, nose, mouth, or food or drink that you swallow. The best way to break the transmission cycle is to wash your hands with soap or sanitize them with an alcohol-based cleanser frequently.

The easiest way to prevent illness has to be your hygiene practices. Avoid putting your hands near your face at all. Wash your hands early and often: after using the restroom, before you eat, after you eat, after you touch money, after you’ve been out in public, etc. Cleanse your environment too. For example, when was the last time you sanitized your keyboard or your cell phone?
