Donald Trump's predawn twitter tirade against Alicia Machado shows his 'mental fragility'
Trump tweeted accusations that she had a sex tape and that Clinton had, somehow, helped Machado become an American citizen
Having grown a reputation for displaying his ire in public, Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump is at it again. This time, he went on a predawn Twitter rampage about former beauty queen Alicia Machado.
Trump tweeted accusations that she had a sex tape and that Clinton had, somehow, helped Machado become an American citizen.
"Did Crooked Hillary help disgusting (check out sex tape and past) Alicia M become a US citizen so she could use her in the debate?” Trump wrote in one of the tweets.

“Wow, Crooked Hillary was duped and used by my worst Miss U. Hillary floated her as an “angel” without checking her past, which is terrible!” he said in another tweet.
A day earlier, Trump warned voters that a Hillary Clinton victory would bring her husband's sex scandal back to the White House. It was Trump's latest effort to bounce back from Monday's debate performance, which was widely panned as ineffective.
"The American people have had it with years and decades of Clinton corruption and scandal. Corruption and scandal," Trump said Thursday. "An impeachment for lying. An impeachment for lying. Remember that? Impeach."
The Republican nominee’s late-night Twitter attacks on a former beauty queen shows "mental fragility", Hillary Clinton told rallies in the swing state of Florida. She said, “What kind of man stays up all night to smear a woman with lies and conspiracy theories?”
