As the trailer of ‘Kaabil’ leaked on Tuesday evening on the internet, Rakesh Roshan was shocked. He told Times of India, "I'm shocked and saddened at this hacking or stealing or whatever it is. It's obviously with a malicious intent. What pleasure can someone get by doing this? It's just hurtful. But now we have upped the ante and are being even more vigilant around the movie release"
However, as soon as the ‘Kaabil’ team found out about the leak, their digital team got into action and the best option was to release it from their official handle. And that’s the reason Hrithik tweeted the YouTube link of the trailer, which was uploaded on the official channel of their production house FilmKraft.
According to the report, the production and publicity team of the film are now investigating where it could have leaked from. "We had planned our marketing and PR strategy around the actual date of the trailer launch. Now everything had to be changed at the last minute", Producer Rakesh Roshan told TOI.
But, overall the lead worked out well enough for the film. According to the media reports, fans of the superstar are concerned are not complaining, as social media is all praise for 'Kaabil' trailer.
