Perfect tomato diet for weight loss in 3 weeks

Tomato super diet!

Breakfast

Eat 2,3 raw tomatoes for Breakfast. Add some mint leaves or paste with it, be careful and avoid cheese. And have some ginger tea with black pepper

Eat 2 three tomato sandwiches . Use brown bread instead of white bread.

Cut 2,3 tomatoes and remove the seeds. Grind this with teaspoon of black pepper.

Add honey and enough water to make it more tasty.

Lunch

Make tomato salad by adding cucumber, carrot with it. Add olive oil and lemon juice on it.

Snacks time

You can have tomato snack or any other fruit or vegetable this time.

Meals/Dinner

Have Tomato juice with 2,3 teaspoon of honey in it.
