After filmstars, Virat Kohli says demonetisation is a very good idea

Following the mix reactions from Bollywood actors and politicians over the PM Modi's demonetisation move, Indian Test skipper Virat Kohli lauds that the demonetisation drive, calling it the”greatest move in history of Indian politics”.
“For me, it is the greatest move I have seen in the history of Indian politics by far, hands down. I have been so impressed by it. It’s unbelievable what’s happening,” said Kohli on the eve of the second Test in Visakhapatnam.
Kohli also shared an incident how he forgot that old notes were no longer in use. “I was actually going to pay my hotel bills in Rajkot and I was taking out the old money and I forgot that it isn’t of any use anymore,” Kohli said.
The ace cricketer talked about how he is going to use the old notes. ” I could have actually signed on it and given it to people, they are that useless now,” Kohli laughed.
Soon after the PM Modi announced the decision to scrapped Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes, most Bollywood actors have lauded move. They have praised the initiative and said that this is an important step in wiping out corruption from the nation.
Bollywood including Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Rajinikanth and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan welcomed the decision.
