Big Bazaar stores to allow customers to withdraw up to Rs 2,000 from November 24
One of the countries largest Retail chain, Big Bazaar will now allow customers to withdraw up to Rs 2,000 using debit or ATM cards from its 258 outlets in over 115 cities and towns. The Future Retail Limited-owned company has tied up with the State Bank of India to offer the facility that will be available from November 24, reported The Economic Times.
In a statement, the Future Retail firm said all its stores, along with all fbb ones, “will be enabled to allow customers to withdraw up to Rs 2,000 from their own bank accounts, using their debit/ATM cards”.
CEO Kishore Biyani, in a tweet, said: “Now one can withdraw 2000rs from Big Bazaar using your debit card from this Thursday onwards.”

Earlier, public sector petrol pumps have come forward to issue cash upto Rs 2,000 with card swiping machines.
