Black Money holders suffer more by Demonetisation: Amit Shah in Uttarakhand
BJP National President Amit Shah defended the central government saying that the people who hoarded black money are more affected by the demonetisation. Shah was addressing a rally in Almora of Uttarakhand as part of his ‘Parivartan Yatra’ on Tuesday.
“I can understand that the commons are also suffering due to demonetisation, but those corrupted people who hoarded black money are suffering more,” said Shah.
Shah also said that the demonetisation will obliterate the terrorism, fake currency mafia, corruption and black money from the country permanently. “No BJP leaders are worried by the decision while, But people like Mulayam Singh, Mayawati and Arvind Kejriwal seem to be scared,” said Shah.
Shah accused that the Congress leaders have ruined Uttarakhand. He also remembered that the state was created by the former prime minister Atal Bihar Vajpayee looking forward to the well-being of the people.
“Uttarakhand is in the hands of its “step mother”, Atalji would have been the most worried seeing Uttarakhand, the “Devbhumi” in this pathetic condition,” said Shah.
Amit Shah had a meeting with Finance Minister on Monday to discuss the impact of demonetisation. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his party are in a defensive mode after the decision of the central government to scrap the Rs500 and Rs1000 notes invited wide criticism over its implementation. Modi requested the people to rate his decision through his own mobile application.
