King Khan of Bollywood turns 51 today, and the grandeur of occasion is not unknown. After Diwali, this is another celebration for all the SRK fans across the globe.
His heartwarming ways, wit and humour, style, action, love, talks and what not has been the reason of love for all the people who surround him or even live miles away, across oceans, have never seen him beyond the screen, but love him. Yes, this is the power of SRK and his fan following.
The ‘Badshah’ of Bollywood had taken a Birthday resolution last year to do ‘15 very nice films’ in his 50-55 age. His fans believe ‘Dear Zindagi’ is surely how they believe it to work.
As the success stories of King Khan make round on Internet, his fans have taken it to social media to celebrate his birthday. Reportedly, this year there had been no press meet outside his ‘Mannat’ and his birthday celebrations are in-the-moving at Alibag beach with his near and dear ones.

But even though tradition of press release fall apart, the tradition of hundreds of fans flocking to ‘Mannat’ to get a glimpse of the star continued. It has been reported that people from places thousands of miles away have gathered outside SRK’s residence awaiting a glance of the Superstar.
In an interview with DNA, Khan had said “I think common people have bigger dreams and they work harder to achieve them. I am the common man’s dream.”
And this shows his down-to-earth compassion and love for his fans. Talking about fans he said, “I don’t want to be normal at all. I want a crowd outside my house waving out to me with sheer love. I love it more than having pav bhaji in public.”
“When you start off, you desire to have good money, you want fame, you wish to keep your family well-off. You want awards, rewards…tammanayein khatam hi nahi hoti hai. But having been here for 25 years now, you realise that the only thing you want to do is to make people smile,” he added.
In his statements he had always accepted that he believes in his stardom, and is overwhelmed with all the love he receives from his fans. “I don’t think I am worthy of all the love I get from the people. Neither do I deserve all the criticism that comes my way. They are two extremes,” he said.
Shah Rukh Khan had started 25 years back with a small TV show, and over the years had given power-packed performances and made his way to the top. Some of his critically-acclaimed works have been Darr(1993), Baazigar(1993), Dilwale Dulhania Le Jaenge(1995), Mohabbatein (2000), Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham(2001), Kal ho na ho(2003) and many others.
His latest stint with Alia Bhatt in ‘Dear Zindagi’ has already fans gushing over him and the movie is slated to release on November 25,2016. Another of his awaited venture is ‘Raees’ on January 26, 2017.
He has won many awards, acclaimed titles internationally, and most importantly has achieved the title of “Hottest and most loving husband” along with “Best and most doting father”!
