Kidney has no religious labels, says Sushma Swaraj after Muslim man’s offer
Sushma Swaraj, External affairs minister who is undergoing treatment at AIIMS for kidney failure, tweeted that kidney has no religious labels. Sushma expressed her thanks to the Muslim man who has offered a kidney for her.
64-year-old Swaraj has been offered kidneys by different people when she tweeted that she was in the hospital due to kidney failure and was undergoing tests for a transplant.
“Thank you very much brothers. I am sure, kidney has no religious labels,” she tweeted.

Sushma’s tweet came as a respose to by Mujib Ansari. “@SushmaSwaraj mam I am a BSP supporter and a Muslim,but I want 2 donate my kidney 4 u,4 me u r like my mother figure, May allah bless u,” he said on twitter.
Later on he explained the reason to address as a Muslim man.
