Four international and five domestic flights were delayed due to poor visibility and a Delhi-Hyderabad flight cancelled.

12 trains have been rescheduled, 11 cancelled due to poor visibility and 54 are running late on Sunday due of dense to moderate foggy condition.

According to India Today report, four international and five domestic flights have been delayed due to poor visibility and a Delhi-Hyderabad flight cancelled.

On Friday, dense fog had affected visibility at IGI Airport to the season’s lowest of 50m and affecting operations for eight hours.


Six flights had also been diverted and 138 were delayed, while 100 trains ran late in Delhi due to low visibility from Bihar to Punjab.

On Wednesday 13 flights were diverted due to poor visibility at the Indira Gandhi International Airport and 50 north-bound trains were delayed.

50 Delhi-bound services from Patna, Ranchi, Howrah, Bhubaneswar and other places were also affected due to the thick fog cover.
