Former TN Chief Secy Rama Mohan Rao hospitalised
Sacked Tamil Nadu Chief Secretary complained of chest pain and has been hospitalised
Former Tamil Nadu Chief Secretary Rama Mohan Rao, whose premises were raided by the I-T department, has been admitted to Ramachandra Hospital in Chennai after he complained of chest pain.
On 22nd December, the I-T department conducted raids at the residence and office of Rao, his son Vivek Rao, relatives in Chennai and Chittoor in Andhra Pradesh, which lasted for almost 24 hours.
Rao had been the chief secretary since June 2016, and also held additional charge as Vigilance Commissioner and Commissioner of Administrative Reforms.
