Leading smartphone manufacturer, Motorola is all set to launch new Moto M on December 13 in Mumbai.

The new Moto M appears with the tagline, “Mesmerizing, masterful, majestic (just like you)” and has an attractive back panel. The highlights of new Moto M are pill-shaped camera module and a circular fingerprint scanner.

Moto M has a unique metal unibody design and also boasts a fingerprint scanner located backside, which is a first-of-it’s kind feature in smartphones.



Moto M currently costs RMB 1,999 (around Rs 20,000)  in China, where it was launched last year. Motorola is likely to charge the same price in India to capture the smartphone market for budget category.

The Moto M comes with a unique 5.5-inch full HD (1920×1080 pixels) display having 2.5D curved glass. Under the Moto M’s hood, is embedded a MediaTek Helio P15 quad-core processor having a 2.2GHz which is paired with Mali T860MP2 GPU and 4GB of RAM.
Moto M’s storage capacity is 32GB storage, but customers can add up to 256GB using a microSD card.
For photography enthusiasts , the Moto M is having a 16-megapixel rear camera having a f/2.0 aperture, dual-tone LED flash and PDAF support.
Also Moto M’s front portion comes with a 8-megapixel selfie camera. Moto M also has a 3,050mAh battery gifted with a Turbo Charging support, along with connectivity options like dual-SIM support (hybrid setup), 4G with VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v4.1, GPS, USB Type-C port, NFC, and 3.5mm audio jack. On



For photography enthusiasts , the Moto M is having a 16-megapixel rear camera having a f/2.0 aperture, dual-tone LED flash and PDAF support.

Moto M launch in India is likely to start a price war in the budget smartphone category as leading brands like Honor 8 Smart and the Xiaomi Mi 5 are already in the fray to capture the smartphone market.
