"RBI is changing rules like the PM changes his clothes," Rahul Gandhi tweeted.
In the continuing politics war over demonetisation, Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi once again lashed out at Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Reserve Bank of India saying that the country's central bank is changing rules “like the PM changes his clothes".
"RBI is changing rules like the PM changes his clothes," Rahul Gandhi tweeted, while posting an article on the RBI rules announced post demonetisation.

The Congress vice-president took to twitter to dig at Prime Minister Modi. Earlier, the All India Congress Committee demanded the rollback of the restriction under which an amount over Rs 5,000 in scrapped currency can be deposited only once per account till December 30.
At a rally in Jaunpur on Monday, Rahul had said that only one per cent people have 60 per cent of the country's wealth and that "Modi has made fun of 99 per cent honest people through demonetisation".
Rahul will address a rally at Mehsana in Gujarat tomorrow. After Gujarat, the Congress leader will be addressing a rally at Bahraich in poll-bound Uttar Pradesh on December 22 and at Almora in Uttarakhand the next day.
