Tata Sons asks Cyrus Mistry to return all confidential information of companies

Mistry was unceremoniously removed as Tata Sons chairman on October 24.

Days after filing a legal notice against Tata group's ousted Chairman Cyrus Mistry, Tata Sons has now asked Mistry to return all the confidential information he has about the companies of Tata Group.

Reportedly, he has been asked to immediately return all such information and not to retain any copies of that information. Mistry was unceremoniously removed as Tata Sons chairman on October 24. Since then there has been a spat between the Group and Mistry.


It is to be noted that Mistry was unceremoniously removed as Tata Sons chairman on October 24. Since then there has been an ongoing ugly feud brewing publicly between the Tata Group and Mistry.

Furthermore, on Tuesday Tata Sons slapped a legal notice on him for alleged breach of confidentiality by making public sensitive, confidential documents.

Earlier, Tata Sons had issued a letter to Cyrus Mistry accusing the former chairman of twisting facts and using harmful means to take control of the group.
