AgustaWestland: Court grants bail to Sanjeev Tyagi and Gautam Khaitan

The CBI Special Court, on Wednesday has granted bail to the accused Sanjeev Tyagi and Gautam Khaitan in the Rs 3,727-crore AgustaWestland deal.




The Court, while hearing their petitions, has asked the duo  not to contact any witnesses or leave NCR region without its permission, reported ANI.



Earlier, a Delhi Special Court has given bail to  former Indian Air Force (IAF) chief SP Tyagi, the main accused in the infamous chopper deal. The Indian government later cancelled the contract amid charges of corruption on the deal.
