India must be protected from Hitler-like forces, says Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal

On the occasion of 68th Republic Day, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal took to twitter to wish his fellow citizens but didn't leave the chance of taking a jibe at Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who he had earlier called "dictatorial".

"I wish all my fellow citizens on Republic Day. This republic needs to be protected from Hitler-like forces," Kejriwal tweeted today.

Although the Delhi CM didn't name these "Hitler-like forces", it was easily presumed that the reference is either to the PM Modi or to US President Donald Trump, whose decisions in his five days of office have been termed as "unilateral" and "dictatorial".

In another tweet, Kejriwal alleged that Modi ordered the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to go to his party's offices on the eve of Republic Day to seize documents related to his government's 'Feedback Unit'.

Earlier this month, the CBI registered a preliminary enquiry to look into the setting up of the Unit. The unit was allegedly created to "gather relevant information and actionable feedback" about officials and departments under the Delhi government.
