Kangana Ranaut says she had almost signed an adult film before Gangster

Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut said in a recent interview that in the initial stage of her career, she had almost signed for an adult film before she proved her skills in super hit films.

Kangana started her career with Gangster, which had shown her talents and made her successful career to sign bigger and better films that ultimately bagged her a National Award for best actress. However, before becoming a known name in the industry, Kangana had almost gone for an adult film.

"I think the first ever would be the break that I got from my film Gangster because I remember getting a very shady offer, I think it was not a right movie. But I was like, ‘Okay, fine, I’ll do it,'" she said in an interview.

"And then I did a photo shoot and then they gave me robe and there was nothing inside the robe. And it looked like some blue film or something and I was like, ‘This doesn’t look right’. Because it’s obviously not the right film," said the Queen star.

Kangana also said how mad her producer was for deciding to drop the "shady" project and went for Gangster, which turned her fortunes.

Kangana Ranaut will be sharing the screen with Saif Ali Khan and Shahid Kapoor in the upcoming film Rangoon.
