Gionee is will officially launch a brand new smartphone, A1/A1 Plus at the event. This new member will carry on Gionee’s product DNA, a long-life battery, while also equipped with a selfie camera and dual cameras for enhanced photo quality.

According to Gionee’s research into consumer needs in India and Africa, handsets with a better selfie performance and seamless user experience have been becoming increasingly popular with local consumers.

LG has also teased its G6 quite extensively now, and if that wasn’t enough, the phone has leaked a number of times already.

Reports suggest that Sony plans to launch a successor to last year’s Xperia X, whose line also debuted at MWC.

Blackberrythe the old smartphone glory is set to make (yet another) comeback to the Android realm, and, again, with a keyboard-sporting device.
