New Delhi: 35-year-old man dies after being mowed by several vehicles
Police reached the spot and said it to be a possibility of the person being mowed over by many vehicles.
In a bizarre incident, a 35-year-old man was ripped over by many vehicles, one after another, on Dhaula Kuan-Naraina Road in New Delhi.
According to the reports, on Tuesday, a series of vehicles that were reported going by certain allegations and dragged along for a couple of meters. After receiving a call at around 12 am about a lacerated body lying near Kirbi Place crossing, Delhi Police reached the spot and found the damaged dead body.
Police reached the spot and said it to be a possibility of the person being mowed over by many vehicles. According to the autopsy report, the body was hit by a heavy vehicle. However, as per traffic rules, no heavy vehicle can enter the city before 11 pm and thus, cannot reach that spot in 40 minutes. The report also hints that the body was dragged along by a 16-wheeler truck.
The reports said that police has not found any note or identity proof on the body and informed that the victim was wearing a white shirt and black trouser. The police are further investigating the case.
