Panasonic launches new phone of Rs 99000 to handle heavy load work
FZ-F1 and FZ-N1 phones have features of 4.7-inches HD screen, along with 2.3Ghz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 chipset
Panasonic India on Tuesday announced three new models of tablets to deal with heavy load work. This new premium business specific smartphone and tablet can withstand accidental drops, reckless usage, and remain durable under harsh conditions. The Panasonic Toughpad FZ-N1 Android smartphone starts at Rs 99000, FZ-F1 Windows 10 smartphone at Rs 1,09,000 and FZ-A2 tablet will cost as high as Rs 1,20,000.
“Enterprise and government users are looking to do more with handhelds than ever before. The majority of handheld tablet solutions in the market today are using an antiquated OS and are vastly underpowered. Additionally, older devices aren’t compatible with today’s standard enterprise applications, offer poor voice and data features and are larger and heavier than they need to be. The rugged handheld devices give companies an up-to-date, powerful and purpose-built solution that will improve efficiency, productivity and bottom-line performance for years to come,” said Panasonic India Associate Director (System and Solution Business), Vijay Wadhwan.
FZ-F1 and FZ-N1 phones have features of 4.7-inches HD screen, along with 2.3Ghz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 chipset. FZ-F1 features Windows 10 IoT Mobile Enterprise whereas the tablet FZ-A2 Toughpad has 10.1-inch WUXGA screen and features the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system with “Enterprise Security from Android for Work” option.
Other than this, the Toughpad FZ -F1 and FZ-N1 have features including 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, Wi-Fi, 2G/EDGE/3G/4G LTE, GPS, NFC, Bluetooth (v4.1) and MicroUSB. The lightweight Touchpad of FZ-A2 tablet sports Intel AtomTM x5-Z8550 Quad Core processor with 4GB RAM and a 32GB internal storage. The 10.1-inch display has connectivity options such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and NFC. The tablet sports an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel front camera.
