Rahul Gandhi has a sensitivity of a matured leader: Sheila Dikshit's U-turn
Rahul has the sensitivity and concern of a mature leader. His words are those of a young, courageous and restless man, says Dikshit
Taking a "u-turn" on her "Rahul Gandhi is immature" statement, former Delhi chief minister Sheila Dikshit has said that the Congress vice-president has a sensitivity of a matured leader.
Dikshit, in an interview, said that Rahul Gandhi needs more time to get more matured, which she later clarified in her twitter account with hashtag "Don’t twist my words”.
“Rahul has the sensitivity and concern of a mature leader. His words are those of a young, courageous and restless man,” Dikshit said.
In an interview with Times of India, Dikshit said one should remember that Rahul is “still not mature, his age doesn’t allow him to be mature”.
Addressing a rally in Azamgarh on Friday, the BJP President Amit Shah said: "Sheila ji, the whole country acknowledges the fact which you stated that Rahul is immature, but I want to ask why you are thrusting him on UP? Is this a political laboratory or learning ground for someone?”
"The problems of Uttar Pradesh can be solved only under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi," Shah said.
