According to reports in The Wall Street Journal, the upcoming iPhone, considered as Apple's signature smartphone will have an OLED display. The model will reportedly cost around $1,000. iPhone 7, the latest version of the franchise, starts around $649.
The report also says that Apple will replace the Lightning connector with the increasingly popular USB-C standard, and will remove the physical home button.
According to Wall Street Journal, Apple declined to comment on the report.
