Kathua Gang Rape; Victims Family Still Keep Moving In Fear

Talib Hussain who has been on leadership for fighting Kathua Gangrape Victim's Case speaks to Narada on the current situations in Kathua. He reveals about the polarisation between the two communities persisting in Hiranagar from where the victim's family flew off soon after the incident.

On January 21, Hussain was arrested by the police while leading a candlelight protest rally in Kathua town against the local authorities for failing to arrest the girl's murderers.

The Hindu Jagran manch has further threatened asking the nomads and the Muslim community to leave the place else more atrocities will be committed says Hussain.

He is satisfied with the charge sheet but he says there is more scope of the investigation and this should not be the final charge sheet.

The victims are moving from one place to another every day as they fear for their lives. He got a number of threats from the RSS to leave this case. RSS group attacked him the day before yesterday for fighting for the causeIt's a collective fight with more and more people joining in from various parts of the countryHindu Ekta Manch and a group of the bar association in Jammu created a great division among the communities

They are threatening of more abductions if anyone gets punished by the court. The family after moving from one district to another are presently in district Ramban now. As the high court is supervising I have faith in the charge sheet which is interim. and more investigation needs to be done so the victim's family could get justice.
