The intelligence wing of the Kerala Police on probe for malpractices leading to Accused SFI leaders to ace the exam for police recruitment.
A daunting revelation has surfaced in the recent attempt to murder case of Akhil a SFI activist who was stabbed by fellow SFI comrades R Shivaranjith and AN Nasim.
It has come to light that both of the prime accused in the stabbing are awaiting call to become police constables as their names are on the rank list published by the Kerala Public Service Commission (PSC) .They were waiting for their appointments to be handed to them very soon. But the fact that these student leaders who are also named as the college goons by the fellow college mates not only cleared the exam but are position holders as well.
An inquiry is under way to find how SFI leaders who are accused in not just one but many more criminal charges found a place in the rank list for police recruitment.
It is astonishing that the criminal background of AN Nasim, the secretory of SFI college unit, was overlooked as he made it to the 28th rank on the list.Few months back this future recruit brutally bashed an on duty police officer publicly on the road and has a case registered for the same against him.
In the rank list the first accused in Akhil attack case Shivaranjith has secured the top rank.A candidate who is not capable of writing a mere application is the one to ace this government exam!
Further investigation reveled that both the accused appeared for this exam in their own university college and cheated the exam easily with the help of the influence of leaders from Communist Party of India (Marxist),Parent company of SFI.
The intelligence wing of the Kerala Police has started an investigation into these malpractices. The team will also approach the PSC to inspect their hall tickets and other details.
Since Friday both the accused are underground and police is on a lookout for them.It could also be suspected that they are still being shielded by the parent party CPI(M) as no further progress is being done in this case.
